Our Happy Days Pea Soup is number one again this year. And that's no wonder, it's the quintessential winter meal. And that can be done in just an hour and a half. That's how quickly you can put a bowl of soup on the table. Oh yes, and a big hug to all the animals, because this friendly soup is 100% vegan. Worst case scenario, you can add a little more yourself, but that's really not necessary.

Instructions: Empty the bottle into a saucepan with 1.5 liters of cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat once the soupis boiling. Simmer, stirring regularly, for about 60 to 90 minutes, until the peas break down. Add salt to taste. Enjoy!
