Dear colleagues,

As the sun has already made an appearance many times and the school year enters its final week, I'd like to take a moment to send you all a well-deserved summer greeting. What an extraordinary school year we've had! A year in which we've moved mountains together, made a difference for our students every day, and—not to forget—in which we've continued to grow as an organization.

I'm incredibly proud of how much you've committed yourself: with passion, dedication, and above all, a genuine commitment to good education. The energy I feel when I visit our schools is infectious. It demonstrates how powerful we are when we work TOGETHER.

I'd also like to extend a special word of thanks to everyone who contributed to and participated in the process of developing our new strategic plan, "Towards Together." We've received such valuable input! Everyone at every level of the organization contributed: openly, critically, and with ambition. And we're not done yet: on December 12th, we'll celebrate the official launch of the strategic plan together – a milestone that we're truly going to make something special of together. Mark your calendars now!

But first… it's time to catch your breath. To rest, enjoy the sun, take time for yourself and all the loved ones around you – and be proud of everything you've accomplished this year.
